lack of hospitality

what an absoluteley mediocre experience! the elevator was cramped and hot, making luggage a struggle. also, I really expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but got nothing. clearly, the staff were too busy for any preferential treatment. the room was just a plain studio, nothing special at all. I woudl ve been better off anywhere else.

Street noise from the busy area disrupted sleep!!! The lift is cramped, making it difficult for those with heavy bags to manage!!! Minor maintenance issues are noticeable, affecting the overall experience!!!

Location’s a dream—easy stroll to sights and a cozy little market right around the corner. Our studio was quite spacious, and having a kitchen was clutch for breakfast. That morning buffet? Fire. Big shoutout to Zoe at the front, super helpful! Honestly, just wish the Wi-Fi was more reliable.

We had a great stay with comfortable beds and the rooftop Italian restaurant was a fantastic surprise! The breakfast offerings were diverse and really fresh. The street noise was a bit much at times, but it didn't ruin our experience.

v1935 luxurious is in a perfect spot—close to shops, cafes, and the subway. the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. i have to mention the staff, especially zoi, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. hot water was always available, which was a big plus!
